One thing about Validator: IT has a significant bias for later horses, hence its working so much better on turf than Speculator.
Deceleration is not that significant measurement in sprints. Just look at the % median that gets most sprint winners being above 68.5%..At bull rings in the summer (and the earliest COLD days at inner Aqu) you often get winners with a deceleration of under 83%
