Looks like you're using V2.1.040 (summer 2017). The current version is 2.1.048-a (http://www.rdss2.com/how-to-obtain)

Hi Ted, I downloaded the latest version. It still doesn't pull the PL or BPP data.

Please install the RDSS 2.1.048-a software which you downloaded. Then download a card. When you assemble a race from the current day in Version 2.1.048-a, ProfitLine (PL) will show on the Entries screen and on the Rx Analysis screen. You don't need a TwinSpires account to get this data.

PL will not show up on previous races for you because you did not download PL numbers when you assembled those races. Nor will it show up for future races. Only for today's races.

BRIS Prime Power (BPP) does not appear on this version, only on an unreleased testing version which is not yet ready for prime time, though a few folks may be testing it. Same with the Rx+ screen.
