Hello mike and welcome aboard!

Please see page 2 of this link where someone else was asking the same question:

http://paceandcap.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13676

Also here (page 39): http://www.paceandcap.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10575&page=39

Like what Ted has said the Twinspires ratings are not avaliable till the day of racing so even though you might get all the numbers from the horses past running lines loaded a few days prior, only Brisnet Prime Power (BPP) and ProfitLine (PL) are only avaliable on the day of your selected race card(s)

Hopefully that answers you question! Anything else don’t be afraid to ask around.

I'm playing a few races at OP but I did not look at contenders as I'm playing just some angles for test purposes. If yo have the Bris and Profit which you should I would recommend you use those top 5 in RDSS. The winner will be in there about 90%.

Mike, I will do a live Zoom meeting with you and anyone else interested next week. Perhaps Tuesday afternoon? Email me. I probably do 3 or 4 of these per month for new folks. No reason not to record it and make it public.

I will show you recommended (default) methods of using RDSS to use the Sartin Methodolgy, including how I use the software and my understanding of Rich M's 4-Factor method (including my own adaptations of it). The more people who decide to join, the more different approaches or nuances you will find. Eventually, you'll have to come up with a set of approaches you like or which your record keeping shows is most effective for you.

LoL - I count at least 6 different, serious, approaches to using RDSS (with overlap, for sure). Will have to figure out a process so we're not rowing in many different directions at the same time :)

Perhaps this could be the beginning of a (weekly?) series of recorded live Zoom meetings where I interview one other handicapper and they describe their process on a series of live races, over an hour. People could join live and pose questions about the process by chat.

I'll go first, maybe talking with Mike K since he asked, with others joining but maybe muted except to ask questions.

Let's try Tuesday April 20 at 1pm Eastern Time. We can try PARX. I will post the Zoom Meeting link here and also in a new Thread for that purpose. Joining will be as simple as clicking the link and following the Zoom instructions to connect to a meeting. I have done this with some of you already.

ANYONE can join by clicking the link I will give. My Zoom account can handle meetings of up to 100.

Sounds fun, if we can organize it properly!

Thanks Ted ....we can always use the chat function in zoom so we don't have many people speaking . I look forward to the first of what could be a series of great sharing sessions. Jim

Yeah, I've done a lot of various live online seminars and I hope I have been paying attention to some of the 'seminar conductor' tips I've observed , including questions by chat, yes.

Gulp! Big shoes to fill. But who knows - maybe I can coerce some of the old crew as guests: Bert Mayne and SoCalAl, maybe Bob Cochran if I say please :) And of course all the current team of experts (many of whom are already in this very Thread). Perhaps also some of the 'shy' pros lurking in the background.

Let's see what comes of it!

Afraid you'll only be able to hear me. My own set up doesn't have a camera and it is very much frowned upon to use my work laptop for anything else.

I'll try to make this but have some other things going on. I'm always up for new ideas. I'll remain in the background so new members can learn and get their questions answered.

No problem Mike! I'm recording everything so you can watch it later. This one will be oriented towards new users like yourself, so I hope I can cover many of the bases, Feel free to pose any questions during the meeting in the Chat box.
