#9 Greedy Way is the sole front runner and should be all alone from the gitgo. Can he keep going? Probably not. His third fraction deficiency is extreme. At 5-1 he's not a good value for a win bet, especially with no turf experience.

#7 Parkhimonbroadway hasn't run on the turf either, but has good dirt pace and speed figures. He also has a variation of The Sheets TRB angle, is third off a layoff, drops weight and is a nice value at 12-1.

#2 Global Genius has competitive turf TPRs, nice works and a positive trainer ROI for this situation. At 10-1 he's my second win bet.

#5 Getoneforthegipper has the best breeding and his 3F is the second best of anyone in the race. However, he's not that dominant and isn't any value at 5/2. He could certainly win, coming off a freshening with third time lasix, but I'll take a shot and bet against this vulnerable favorite.

#10 Add Heat is fast, has good pace ratings, a competent trainer, good FFR turf ratings and is 10-1.

Depending on the odds and scratches these are the horses I'll be using.

As for the gun to head bet, here it is:

50% to win #7 Parkhimonbroadway at 12-1 MLO
50% to win #2 Global Genius at 10-1 MLO

Pretty much the same as Energy with added graphics. Picked lines through Aodds Gpld then sent it to EXDC.

I will take #2 Global Genius and # 10 Add Heat as my primary win contenders. I will use these with #3 Sensational Score and # 5 Getoneforthegipper in the exotics. Am unable to capture the screen but Thoromation has #2 and #10 for the top 2 finishers. They also come up in the top 2 on the EXDC Pre-Play Screen. #3 and # 5 come up in the top 2 inthe SP Pre-Play screen.
In Aodds with Superchex on both Superchex and Megachex have #10,#5, and #2 in the top 3. Although he was my last elimination I will be looking at #6 Where's My Halo as a possibilty in exotics. I think this is a wide open race. You know they will be pounding the Frankel horse #5. Good Luck To All!

Rich,
I have to say, didn't really like this race. So I took a look at the Selections area to see if I could sneak off there and find another race. Then I just bit the bullet stood up and worked this one. I have to say it's an interesting mix.

Match Up
Win 1
Exacta 1-5 Box
Tri 1-5-10 and 5-1-10
Super 1-5-10-9 and 5-1-10-9

I had to do this after Global was scratched. If you are familiar with THOROMATION you will know what I am talking about. The winner shows up #1 on the EXDC Pre-Play Screen. The #9 according to Thoromation is the DPH (Desiginated Place Horse). The horse that finished 3rd #3 Sensation comes up second on the SP Pre-Play.

Removing 1 horse in Energy or Thoromation changes things on many occassions.

To me this is one of the major differences between Speculator and Energy/Thoromation. Scratching a horse in Speculator does not seem to have as much as an affect as in Energy/Thoromation.

For some this is either good news or bad news. Just by working with both programs this is probably the major difference. I am in no way trying to take away from the people who had the winner in this race. I am happy for you and myself because after the scratch the winner shows up for me also.

Once again the Friday Night Races cash in. Way to go Richie and others.

I am in total agreement. I found that you should not remove any horse that has scratched in Thoromation. It has an adverse effect on the final
outcome. If your top horse is scratched just use your 2nd choice.
