Anyone having trouble today getting TS Ratings from Trackmaster?

Both my configuration and download ask for TS ratings but are not available, per TM. Anybody else get this message?

Never mind. Having received a No TS Ratings available message after downloading, they mysteriously appear when I access a race.

Very strange info some times.!!!

I have ts and bris ratings on races except mcl or msw races . but program crashes all the time when loading races

You guys are using different RDSS versions, but see here for the crashing issue with current version:

Bill is testing a new version of RDSS. You should be using the current version - 2.2.2024.66.05 - June 14, 2024


If you turn off fetching TS Ratings on the Config Screen, Save then restart RDSS (actually restart RDSS) - races appear to assemble normally.

I am working on whatever might be the problem fetching TS Ratings in a major new version of RDSS forthcoming.



FWIW - I am so tired of fighting with RDSS accessing these TwinSpires Ratings (Prime Power/ProfitLine) though they appear to have value.
