Folks - as advertised - as of today November 4, 2025 - older versions of RDSS no longer work! The old TrackMaster Store and website has been laid to rest by Equibase (it was only even alive this long for us RDSS users). Please upgrade to the NEW Version (see below).

You will find that you cannot Update your Registration in the Registration Screen - TrackMaster will not recognize your User ID. You may be able to apparently download race cards - but these are not bona-fide PP card files - merely notice from TrackMaster that access is unauthorized. When RDSS tries to Convert that bogus PP file - it will immediately throw a long-winded error message that it does not know what to do with it - check 7 possibilities, etc, etc).

Anyway - the old version no longer works.

That's why I spent the past 5 months making the NEW version :jump: If you have not already done so - please download that one, register, watch the video tutorial, register/refresh your account at TrackMaster, buy some data - enjoy!

Here is the thread in this Forum with all the details and some FAQs about some common issues: http://paceandcap.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17383

Also FWIW, if you have not yet paid for any free data (i.e. not charged by TrackMaster) which you downloaded in August - October - may I invite you to kindly settle up for that by making a payment at the PayPal link for that purpose: https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/LXY4G8VNGFGAQ. Please write me if you are not clear what this means.

Onwards!

Ted

Please Note: if you tried to download (bad) data files in old versions of RDSS (i.e. on or after Nov 4), then updated to the new RDSS software - you must refresh any bad data files you just downloaded or RDSS will STILL consider them unusable.

In the Data Centre - simply UNCHECK the magic Don't Duplicate box, then re-download and re-convert. This replaces the old bad data files with correct new versions.
