i have been working with the software and as long as i follow very specific steps it has been working.
today i wanted to look at turf paradise and it is totally screwed
the races are finished for the day, so i thought the results would be okay but they are ****ed... is it a turf paradise thing or is RDSS backsliding? anyone know what is wrong?

It seems like there is a variable time, maybe track by track, that is required to wait. That time is over an hour, or was that night at TuP, where after the final race, you can't get the correct results.
I went back at 10 pm, after deleting the relevant folders, cleared the cache and was finally able to get the results.
I get that bug fixes are not as sexy as new features, but it would really be nice to get this fixed.

Dan
That seems to be the way it is working at present.
I have to wait till end of day. Clear the cache.
Then assemble.

Thanks Don
I will keep at it.
I still believe the Sartin Methodology is the most consistent way to win and that RDSS is the best software out there. The little issues can get frustrating though, especially on a losing day :)

RDSS gets its Results internally from Equibase at the same time they update this page of Summary Results:
https://www.equibase.com/static/chart/summary/index.html?SAP=TN
So, however many race Results you see there for at the track you are interested in - that's what RDSS should be seeing. I tested this a bunch, and EQB programmers say the 2 sources are updated simultaneously. For the time being, you could check there first if you're in a hurry - then refresh Results in RDSS.
Not sure if that helps, Dan.
I am getting closer to an update to stabilize these result display anomalies. What with holidays, some website issues and some other personal things - I agree this update has been delayed, but I hope soon can be tested then deployed. Thanks for hanging in, despite how frustrating it is.
