Trackmaster missing in action

Hi everyone. I’ve been calling Trackmaster every day since Friday. No one is available to take calls, and I need to reset my password.
Are they on vacation?
I also emailed Ted for a separate issue, to no avail.
Needless to say I’m not having the time of my life :o

Paul, it is better to email them directly at info@trackmaster.com or EquibaseOnlineServices@Equibase.com (or copy to both). I am in touch with them regularly, twice last week helping RDSS users. I find they respond within a couple of hours during regular business, maybe a bit longer over the weekend.

Does the Change Password link on the TrackMaster Store login page (https://store.trackmaster.com/logon.cfm?product=rdb&subs=Y) not work for you? I have observed it working several times when tested.

If they do not respond to you tomorrow or if you can't get that link to work, let me know and I will contact them.

I checked and did find your email from 2 weekends ago about using the RDSS Modeling system. Very sorry that got lost! I will open that up and see what's what tomorrow. FWIW, that seems like a how-to question which several RDSS users would have answered if you had asked it online here.

Ted, thanks for posting the reset password link (https://store.trackmaster.com/logon....uct=rdb&subs=Y)
It worked for me, and I was able to reset my password and recover the remaining of my downloads package.
What got me into trouble in the first place was the "Passwords" app on my Iphone. It suggested to change the Trackaster password because it was compromised in a data leak. Silly me, changed the password on the app, but not on Trackmaster. So when I tried to log on with the new password, it was not recognized by Trackmaster. Anyway, I'm back on track now. Thanks again.
