Storm, to make a RDSS print-out, use your favourite screen capture tool and your favourite RTF or Word format editor. You can use MS Wordpad or MS Word, or any other editor capable of accepting images in the document. I'll use MS Word as an example.

Open a blank Word file and name it something (e.g. using today's track and date). Put the document into landscape mode (sideways, for more screen width). Use Narrow margins.

Open a screen capture tool. I use Snagit. Others use ScreenHunter or the built in Windows SnippingTool app.

Go to the RDSS screens you want to capture. E.g. Entries, to give your print-out a context. Use the screen capture tool to outline just the rectangle of RDSS screen you want to capture. Don't capture the entire RDSS screen, just the specific screen - e.g. the Analysis Original or Leverage/Pace screen, or whatever. Then capture just that specific screen rectangle - the smallest usable amount of screen as possible. This will result in the info in the image being as big as possible.

Then paste that captured image into your open Word document

Then go to whichever Analysis screens and maybe some horse screens you want to see. Repeat the above process until you have all the screens you want for a race.

Save the file, then print it to your Printer, or to a PDF document if you prefer. You could take PDFs on your Android or Apple tablet to the racetrack or racebook without needing RDSS.

Then repeat the process for any other races you want to capture, using either the same file or a different file for each race.

Here is an example: 56205

If this method works for you, you can create a blank template file to make copies of. The template file can be with the landscape mode and margins pre-set.

I've seen Charlie B (gandalf) and others use this method many times to bring RDSS 'print outs' as PDF files to the racetrack to view on their phone or tablet.

Good luck!

Ted

Practice, practice and more practice! Seriously though, I've always handicapped on the analysis screen starting from the energy screen. I noticed the various eliminations from each screen and gradually built up my methodology from that. I haven't seen the need to change from that since then.

Thanks again Bill for sharing your process!

Stormbringer - my bad, I thought you were asking how to make a print-out with RDSS content ('can we print a rdss racing form like a racing form but rdss').
