A copy of it is available in .pdf format. I have it. I believe I downloaded it from Binder's library before he closed it to the general public. If you still can't get it, let me know.

Yeah but ....
I did take them off the site,But I did it for all of our protection
I didn't want the valuable information in the Follow Ups and Manuals
to be sold on Ebay, and just anyone to have what most of use
paid for. I did it also for the respect of the people who paid
Pirco and O Henry House for them

The 55% Solution is available in the 'Club Pace and Cap' Library. I understand the Library is available for download to those who choose to make a financial contribution to the support of this website. I think Bill took them out of the public eye to avoid abuse by those who cared more for resale exploitation than for personal education. We're lucky to have this resource - the collected wisdom of the Sartin Methodology.

I believe the 'Make a Donation' button still does the trick.

we have set up security steps to access the files and they are
stamped for our use only
