Track Class Levels

After working with the Track Class Charts in the 2007 HSH pars, I adopted them to make them similiar to the Track Class Charts in the book Pace Makes The Race. On a few tracks it was a close call on what level to put them in. For the most part though I am satisfied that the levels are accurate.

Some may find this useful for evaluating shippers, or if you use TPR making Track Class adjustments.

With your Casino I can see a move up. Actually Philadelphia Park maybe one of the borderline tracks, and maybe belongs in level 5. Close call.
