...did I miss anything?

Just kidding.

Hope you all are in good health and at least reasonably happy with life.

When Binder's site went down and I couldn't log on for several days I took it as an omen.

I had several life changing events and needed to take a break from the game anway.

Sometimes a vacation from handicapping can freshen you, give you a positive outlook and improve your creativity as well. At least it works that way for me...at least with horses and women. Hehe.

Came back in time for KEE, but alas, I feel like M.C. Hammer singing about Polytrack, "You can't touch this!"

If this is the future of racing, I may be in trouble. Hehe.

I figure I'll catch up on posts by about September.

"So, who do you like for the Derby?"

Welcome back David. I had been asking about you. Hope everything is good and great to see you here again.

As for the Derby, gotta wait for the post position draw. Probably handicap it Sat. morning.

Thanks, guys!

Life is good.

I've moved to south Florida.

I'm living in Hollywood Beach North / Dania Beach and it's the cat's meow!

Here's a photo I took of our spot.

A friend of mine submitted this photo to a couple of the magazines she's into -- Tai Chi and Zen -- and much to my surprise they published it.

David,

Looks like a nice place to live, do some Tai Chi, perhaps some people-watching...

I know of at least one other Pace and Cap member living in Dania.

yours,

Ted

Holy Moly, Ted. Dania Beach is only eight square miles. What a small world!

Welcome back, David.

Nice to see you back.
You must have enjoyed the Gulfstream meet being
fairly close to the track.

You might also have enjoyed a great pastrami sandwich if you visited the Sage Deli
on Hallendale Boulevard, right near the track. :D

Hi partsnut,

I went to GP before it opened, then again on opening day and finally on the day before it closed.

Was too busy to attend any other days.

It's almost a sin what they did there (with the slots), but that's best left for another thread.

Haven't hit the Sage Deli yet, but I most certainly will now. "I'm dyin' heah" for a nice pastrami n' rye!
