There is no one site that meets those requirements. The combination of brisbet and youbet comes pretty close at this point.

You could combo up brisbet and tvg. With tvg you pay a small monthly fee for video and a stupid .25 per bet surcharge.

I too am fed up with being treated like a second class citizen.

This evening I tried to do a little capping on brisbet because they promised the free pp,s if you place at least one wager.
After I down loaded a couple of tracks I found a horse at Evangeline Downs that I liked.
When I tried to place a bet it was refused. When I tried to make a phone bet it was also refused.

Now I have to pay for the pp,s since I had to go to you bet to place the bet.

Youbet's site is a lot easier to navigate around in and is much more user friendly.

I don't need 800 tracks to find a horse to wager on.
And if Churchill Downs doesn't need me I certainly don't need them.

I hate playing other people's games.

I hope the Premier Turf Club gets going solid as I think that's where in time I am probably headed.

Shoe,
email from youbet @10pm last night

"The rights to wagering on the Kentucky Derby are controlled by TrackNet Media Group, which is the joint venture formed by Churchill Downs Inc. and Magna Entertainment Corporation. As a condition for accepting wagers on the Kentucky Derby, TrackNet demanded that Youbet.com stop carrying races from a number of racetracks. These tracks include, among others, Aqueduct, Belmont Park, Calder Race Course, Del Mar, Hollywood Park, Monmouth Park, The Meadowlands, Oak Tree at Santa Anita, and Saratoga."

"In the coming weeks, we invite you to wager on the Preakness (May 19) and Belmont Stakes (June 9), as well as the best racing the summer has to offer from Del Mar, Monmouth Park and Saratoga - all with Youbet.com."

What a mess when greed raises its ugly head.

I have been using winticket.com for over six months and they charge nothing to make a bet or put money into your account. minimum deposit is 20 dollars.
Can deposit up to 1000 dollars. When you join you get 100 dollars added after 30 days. You can bet Evangeline also Hollywood park by phone. Belmont just about all tracks I live in Arizona so FROGGY you shud check them out.

I was always able to bet Evangeline at brisbet untill last night and now they have added phone betting for Hollywood.

I know you recommended winticket before and I may just try it out.

With youbet if you accidentally log in as if from another state you could theoretically bet Turf Paradise. Of course I would never do this as it is not allowed by state law, Besides the mutuals are too low and I used to have horses there (part owner in some cheap claimers).

The Premier Turf Club will be a rebate shop. I don't know if I bet enough to get any use out of it as I only bet about 3 to 5 k a month. But I think it is really being set by some people that know what it's like to be on our side of the cashiers window

I may just not bet anything at any TrackNet race cards untill this gets straightened out.
I think there is enough MSW and 4 and up at other tracks.

I usually don't wager on the big name races anyway. For instance the Kentucky Derby Cost $50,000 to enter plus shipping and housing.
I don't think anybody would enter a horse just to get a race over the track or for a work out. I'm going to stay where my bread and butter is.
Good Capping to you.

Has anybody tried the following betting site?
www.sbgglobal.com
It seems to take every track big or small

Okay. I was already upset enough that I'd spent a couple of hours trying to sort out the 20 horse evenly matched field from the Kentucky Derby. That is way too much time to spend on one race, and I'm trying to get faster at this, not slower. The Derby, like most major stakes has a BIG pass sign on it for me.

Then I discovered that Brisbet is no longer handling my beloved Evangeline Downs.

Today, I dropped into the Chickasaw casino across the river with a friend who wanted to get a bet down on the Kentucky Derby.

Surprise, surprise. The Indian racinos have been cut off too, in Tracknet's attempt to completely monopolize the betting and coverage of racing. No bets on the Kentucky Derby and they will not be showing it, even though they have been heavily advertising the Derby for the last few weeks.

Its too much for me. I don't care who wins the Derby. will not be participating in any way. I take that back. I will watch the broadcast to see what kind of hat the Queen wears.

I will not be betting any money at Brisbet until all these Bozo's quit playing their games and resume some semblance of sanity. The "it's my football and we'll play the game my way" mentality is too much for me.

I will go across the river every day to the Indian casino and work whatever tracks they are allowed to handle. Screw major league racing.

I just checked the revised May decoder list for Choctaw Racing, which handles all of the Indian Casino OTB's in Oklahoma. This is the list:

"Arlington Park, Ruidoso, Golden Gate, Will Rogers, Balmoral, Maywood, Suffolk, Remington, Los Alamitos, Thistledown, River Downs, Beulah, Lone Star, Fair Meadows, Finger Lakes, Mountaineer, Hollywood, Pimlico, Northfield, Delaware, Evangeline, Philadelphia, Penn National, Calder, Delta Downs, Prairie Meadows, Louisiana Downs and Belmont."

This apparently, is my new home. I can live with it. Some majors, some minors, and I don't know what I do with the quarters and harness, but I'll learn before I contribute to this crap Tracknet is trying to pull off.

Very sneaky.

Brisbet sent out an email listing the tracks they would not be having and New York was on that list and Evangeline Downs was not on that list.

Then Thursday or Friday they posted a notice on their opening page of their site of the tracks that they would not be taking and New York was not on the list and Evangeline Downs was.

I will not be wagering on their site for a while, at least until they get their act together and maybe not then.

If they don't need me, I don't need them.

Shoe,

TrackNet(owners of Churchill Downs and some of the major tracks) wants to have all or most of the pie with all of the others getting crumbs.

If anybody wanted to have the Kentucky Derby and the rest of TrackNets tracks they had to drop the competing tracks from their betting sites.
A take it or leave it situation

Youbet told them no thank you.

Brisbet and TSN said yes.

I think they thought it would be better for the bottom line because youbet (their biggest rival) would not be having the Derby and their would get all of their action, and then after the Derby they could somehow get the other tracks back.

Now there has been such a backlash that they must be having second thoughts.

Richie,

After my last post on this subject I went to Brisbet and verified that Evd was not on their list of "todays tracks". Then just to experiment I placed a $2 show bet on the 4/5 favorite in the first race and they took it and paid it off.

Like I said I had a girl like that once (hot and cold). I didn't have her long.

As soon as I get the $100 that they promised for betting at least $100 in the first 30 days, I'm gone.

Ray, I put that up in another post. I heard that they are changing the surface designation from D to E for Equitrack tracks. According to the person who posted this this caused the races not to load properly until he changed the surface desigination back to dirt.
