Hi Turbulator,
You canbuy the CD on Amazon.com.
Artist - Verdel Primeaux
Album - Sacred Path: Healing Songs of the Native American Church
On Amazon you can listen to the song samples to verify that they are the same as those on The Hat's website.
Happy Chanting!
I just played this cd while simultaneously burning some Native American
smudge wands / sage.
Did not realize how tough it is to really relax physically, not to mention
quieting the mind.
I only listened to it for 15 minutes to get a feel for it. To my amazement, my
legs, which normally fidgets and twictches like a 5 year old kid on a sugar
high, stopped doing so, like they got a shot of mild tranquilizer, no foolin.
Normally, I have to be very, very tired for me to lay still, even when I try to
sleep. The relaxation only traveled from my feet to about my solar plexus.
Not bad for a trial run. With more effort, it should improve. I see one has to
really immerse one's self to begin to approach such a desired state as a goal.
Still was kinda not so easy.
Might have to drink half a pot of chamomile tea to see if this combo get's mind
into that "HAT" zone, seeing information in a soft, relaxed state, letting it
flow together.
Though I may have to get smudge sticks with other combinations like cedar,
sweetgrass, copal and lavender. Because without lighting it, it smells like
sage. But when you light it and let it burn, it's almost a dead ringer for
smelling like chronic. Don't want a knock at my door with a K-9 unit ready
to investigate.:)
