The difference is expained in the work book # 1 thats in a PDF
file with many other cool things on Bindfold.com

http://bindfold.com/images/AVworkbook1part1.pdf

if it doesn't go directly
go to page 9

When You asked about the late/Early graph you
came back with a reference from the Pace Launcher manual

When I answered your question about EPR and E/EPR,
which by the way- if you go to the link you will see ...
The explanation of the Late/Early there is word for word what you posted from the PL manual, and it
is directly above the explanation of the E/EPR
Supprised its not what your looking for here

The wording is Early Energy Potental
It is not Early Pace
Here is a examble, Im sure I could find a better one
but the top 3 Ep ratings are
different than the top 3 E/EPR It's close but they are different likewise are the
L/EPR and LPR
In the follow up Doc showed how using the E/EPR Many wire to wire
winners were rated 1-2 on E/EPR even though there was no eveidence they could go wire to wire in there past performance

Below is an example that the two readouts are not the same

Yesa, there are differences. The EPR, LPR and CPR are essentially the same ratings as the EPR, FFR and TPR from Pace Makes the Race.

The 'pace potential' formulas were described to me by someone who has seen the code as "a stew of fractional velocities" and are apparently a much more complex formula. As Binder's illustration shows, they don't always come out the same.

under the impression that it was an early deceleration ratio of the first fraction to the second call to see how dramtically the velocity falls off early.
