Just a note on the effectiveness of using only the top 2 BL lines in RDSS,

Yesterday I got a note from Richie P. with a link to the Haskell contest - all 14 races. You should do this, said he.

I didn't realize I only had 2 hours before the deadline. I usually don't do races fast so I started doing them my usual way, which takes at least 20 minutes at least. After the first two I realized there was no way I would get them all done unless I just put in my lines and let the software tell me who to pick. As I always play 2 to win, this was even more difficult. I got them in with 2 minutes to spare.

The results, which can be verified by Rich as we kept in touch after each race are as follows.

race 1 - show
3 - show
5 - show
7 - win
8 - show (didn't pay, don't know why)
9 - win
11 - place
12 - win

Interesting???

from what your showing

you bet your top 2 BLBL in those races
and one of your picks
either won placed or showed ??

very nice work

I think the race you say showed but no pay out is because there were many scratched and i think they dindn't have show betting

Sorry Bill. I guess I didn't express myself correctly. You could only pick one horse and place a mythical $2, which paid out as win, place and show. I took my picks from either Tier 1 or 2, depending on the odds.
