download won't work for the la derby

I have tried all the trick that i know to get RDSS to download the " LA DERBY' on SAT" it" RDSS tell me that it is converted but when I go to the PP's to put in my lines for the horse's have no running lines don't know what i did wrong. help please

Storm,

Good chance the first time you tried to either Download the card or Convert the card to the RDSS database, something went wrong - either process was incomplete (proof is - you see no PP lines...).

Try again, but this time, remove the check-mark from 'Don't Duplicate Tasks' - in other words do Duplicate Tasks: Download again and (more likely) Convert again. Normally, if you have done either of these Tasks, asking to do them again simply skips over them (which is what the Progress message for that card says). By doing these Tasks again and not skipping over them if previously done, you will likely now be able to do them correctly and see the PP lines.

Usually work for me, but let us know. Don't forget to re-apply tte 'Don't Duplicate' setting for normal operation.

Thanks so much for taking the time to fix something that I should know.
One more question when I reinstalled my files in RDSS I noted that c:/trkmast was unchecked so I checked it. Will RDSS make the "trkmast" file or do I need to make it for RDSS in windows 7?

With 'Create Val/Spec files' checked in the Data Centre Tasks, and folder C:\TRKMAST specified, RDSS will create a file for Validator or Speculator from every card you download in RDSS. No need to download them separately from TrackMaster (and pay again), in Windows 7, or any version of Windows.
