KDF / KD Download problems

For those of you who wish to work the upcoming Kentucky Downs 4 day meet (Sept 10, 12, 17, 19), there appears to be a new track code for for it - KDF. (Not sure why not the old code KD ...:confused:)

To access KDF, you need to add it to the track code list. Download (save to your computer) this update info file and place it in your RDSS folder (or RDSS2 folder, if you are testing RDSS2):

When you next run RDSS, you'll get a message that the track code KDF has been added to the RDSS Track Code list. When the card files for KDF are next available for download in the Data Centre, you should be able to work with them like any others.

An update to this. My bad - turns out Kentucky Downs is still KD, not KDF.

I don't know what KDF is, sorry. There's really no need at add KDF to your internal track list.

Some people who do unlimited downloading report getting stuck when trying to download KDF (e.g. for today, Saturday Sept 10). The Data Centre (RDSS1 and RDSS2) reports an error message which (in part) looks something like this, but if you simply scroll the Progress window up to see the earlier part of the message, it really says is had some problem fetching the file: kdf20110910rdss.zip

In this case, simply remove deselect KDF from the All Tracks List. Then rerun your downloads.
