View Full Version : Unable to Download PP Cards

Hello Ted,

I downloaded Keenland ok today (10/26). However as of 6:30 PM I am unable to downlaod any track. I called TM but they couldn't help me. I tried shutting down but still nothing. I was unable to access that error_msg file in RDSS2.......so could you please help me get started.

Ernie...scroll up and see what track is causing the problem...and then just un-check that track

Mike...thanks for the advice but even though I start from a clean slate I cannot load down any track ?????

Same problem tonight. Will not load any track. Called TM and its fine on there end. I tried ver1 and ver2 no luck. Chris

Hi Folks,

TrackMaster called me while I was investigating this to relay that numerous people had called, and I confirm I can duplicate this problem.

Something is wrong on their end. I have sent them the documentation of the problem (contained in the error file the Progress message refers to) and it provides them with all the needed info.

They are looking into it right now, and will advise me when they find out what is the matter.

And I will make a post here keeping people informed of progress.

Just heard back from TrackMaster - whatever the problem was, they have fixed it and data appears to be flowing now.

Please try your downloads again and let us know if there continues to be any problems.
