Hello Jeff
Hope your feeling better.

here is my look the race looks like a good one
I rated it by FW and used the adjusted RDSS data

My lines were
H1. Line 1
H2. Line 3
H3. Line 1
H4 Line 1
H5. Line 3

Looks like 6 and 2 are best on FW and DR

Bill,

Im starting to get back to being ok thanks.

I was wondering how you got a setup time of 44.4.

Are you able to put in raw numbers instead of adjusted?

Glad to hear your feeling better Jeff

I usually use the fulcrum horse for the set up time
I could not find the fulcrum horse as nobody qualified off the last line

In this race I use the adjusted times only

Here is how RDSS adjusted my pace lines

I didn't want to set the time too fast or too slow so I went with the average of the
contenders which i figured were the times of the 1 and 4 horses
I rounded up the 1 horse to 45.0
I entered the times in 5ths so I rounded the 4 horse to 44.3
I then took the midpoint and made the second call 44.4
not very acurate but thats what I did

Yes I hand entered the adjusted times so I could just as easily entered the raw times

anyway here is what I went by

Bill,

Thanks for explanation,I thought you were exporting lines from RDSS into it.

No Ted is not ready yet with the export feature
so I'm just hand entering for now

6 ended up running 2nd and came in 3-6

Bill V

You had the 3 as NO 1 late pace who won at 10-1

RDSS and Bill V. did a nice job on the pace lines.

A simple pace projection would have gotten the winner.
By looking at Bills equalized 2nd call numbers one would obviously
concluded or assume that the pace of this race would be fast.

As Bill astutely observed, the (3) was the best fit for a late paced race.
Take another look at the adjusted RDSS 2nd call numbers.

When Ted adds the Synergism Conversion modules, I might be tempted to quit my day job.
I will get back to serious handicapping and being a strong RDSS user and advocate.

Something bothers me about that 2nd call time for the horses is that for that particular horse or the winner of the race.

Anyway here is the 4 and 6,according to RDSS the 4 is 1 full second better at the 2nd call. If you look where they ran the same day May 31

4 was 5 lengths off 46.3

6 was on lead at 47.2

Jeff,
The RDSS numbers are adjusted and equalized to distance.

Parts,

Are those times for the winner or the horse in question?

The reason Im asking is

For horse 4 Bill chose last line where at the 2C the horse was 6 3\4
behind a 46.2

For horse 6 Bill chose line 3 back where horse was on lead at 47.2

Both races at CT and 6.5 furlongs

Jeff,

I would assume that the lines chosen are for the individual horse.

Pino wants to see the money. Jeff, I'm tapped out. Maybe you can show him some.:D

Jeff,

Thanks a very nice thought but not to worry.

Money is the root of all evil.

I don't have much money but I've been blessed with quite a lot.
I thank God for all that he has given me.
