MNR 08-21-12 Races 2,3,5,7,9,10 Using The SYN 2 Conversion Module

I prepared a zip folder with 6 of the 10 races at tonights MNR.
I have indicated my single horse preference on the 3rd SYN 2 sort screen of each individual race.
I derived my contenders and eventual picks using RDSS, PaceAppraiser Methodology and Synergism 2 where I focus on the Elliot Sidewater method.
This method can be seen in follow up #19. It worked years ago and still works today.
Anyone is welcomed to share my folder and jump in on any of these 6 races.
Your valued and credible comments and opinions are always welcome.

PaceandCap has given you everything thats needed to win.
Ted Craven has done a fantastic job.

P.S. I do have losing days, hopefully tonight will not be one of them.:D
Please see the attached file.

Race-1

Although I had no choice for this race I did have my possible contenders which I got through RDSS. I thought you might want to see this.
I had 2 contenders in the true Sartin style:
You can win with RDSS

Race-2

The jockey tried to fit the round peg in the square hole and the (9)
was pinched in between horses in the top of the stretch.
The (9) ran 4th.:(

Hi Bill H.

Race 10 is a real mystery to me
My own readouts on both RDSS and SYN 2 show the 2 and 1 on top
Sorry for no screens but my connection is so slow today. I'm just getting by .

The question is can the 2 win going wire to wire or will it sit close enough and win OTE It only shows need the lead wins. With the 4 in the race will it get the lead or will it fight the 4 and will the 1 and 3 prevail ?
I have to pass this race as I'm looking for the 2 to do something It has not shown
the ability to do before

Good skill with the 2

Bill V.

Pino, I don't even try to fool anyone on April 1st....:D
So who's fooling?....Not

Hello Bill,

I am testing an unorthodox method of contender selection using specifically,
The RDSS original raw numbers. I come up with 1,2 and 4
If I use the Ultimate PP's.
The logical contenders for race 10 would be: 1,2, 4 and 8
Not much difference but a very slight one.
Please see the attached files.

Bill, you bring up a very interesting point. What I look for here is the best sustained horse in the field. Although the (2) is a strong early type (E7) he has the best sustained numbers and as you eluded to, has the ability to wire the field.
An early type runner can also be the best sustained horse.

We got beaten by a surprise horse in the stretch.
Evidently, the horse liked the jockey change to a female jockey.
Must have been something up there.:D

Hi Bill H.

Race 10 Should be a fun race to watch I also have the 4 as a E7
which eads me to ponder the 2's ability. I also sorted the race with SP
and the 2 is my top sustained pace horse. Also yes its true that a early horse going wire to wire will often show good sustained pace - that is if it gets a comfortable lead and then can conserve energy for the third fraction, Don't forget there is a great deal of EP in the SP calculation.
My query in this race is will the 2 have as easy a early trip today with the 4
in the race? RDSS and Syn say yes to the degree it is either 1-2 or 2-1 rated
Just for kicks I just ran the race in thoromation and it has the 4 winning and
the 2 second with the 1 and 3 close for 3rd, again no screens cause I have
a limited signal today

Race-10

I mentioned this to Bill V. in a prior response about this race and subsequently that slight difference won the race.
This difference did not come up with RDSS. At least not for me

Hi Bill

I was watching the race on TVG with a lady friend As soon as the 1 took that big lead I said to her the 2 is done, a long price horse will win this race.
I told her this is a win even though we have nothing on the race
A lot of people bet the 2 and lost money Why? The 2 is a need the lead horse

Thanks for this and all the races
Bill
