Why did you choose the 12 horse, a tier 5 horse?

Also the odds were generous

This makes him my 2nd bet at the very least.

I would have rated the 14 off the last line (+) Its very similar to the 5th line
but much more recent,

does the 14 show up ?

Bill, I looked at the other lines for both the #1 & #14.
for the #1 hrse line 3 was eliminated off its PLS rank of 7
The 14 hrse I got rid of the turf line and then the poly line for the same reason, lower PLS total.
This left me with the lines that I ended up with.

No , I did not consider the #1 as a final win contender.
Only the 5 & 9 were my main win contenders and the 14 was a final contender for win if its odds were above 7/1 which they were.
I try to get every race down to three or less win contenders using a combination of 2 sets of numbers which I have found to be very reliable.
The # 1 horse failed to meet this requirement and was therefor eliminated as a win horse.

I like the wagering concept , you could get 2 blue stars and 1 gold star all from 1 race, I wish the best on getting this done before you are finished with your cycle.

Richard, Richard, Richard, please tell me you are joking, you made the right choice, and went with it, please never doubt your ability to handicap. This is the biggest thing Doc tried teaching all of us, that winning is Psychological, knowing in our mind we are winners and that we are going to pick winners.
You are very good handicapper, you know it , Ted knows it, we all know it and betting this horse was the right play, and losses are part of this game. I know this very well and so do you, so sheer up and Psyche yourself back up to where you should be and never be afraid to pull the trigger when you know you should, okay.

If you must re-read Psychology of Winning, I have , nuff said.
