The Conditional wagering rules of the Contest don't include the track condition (your point #1 above), only odds conditions - just like what you'd get at a legitimate ADW supporting conditional wagering. If you are unavailable during the day to check track condition and cancel bets yourself, perhaps you could negotiate with someone to do that on your behalf. Also check with Bill V if he wants to allow someone to do that for you.

We want to keep the nature of the Contest as close to the real world as possible.
