Friday night at Mnr - Race 6 5.5f

Work the race YOUR way please. do you have a horse that after hiding to whatever number YOU do qualifies on ALL these corrolaries?

Top 3:
a) Turn time
b) bl/bl tiers
c) Primary line score
d) Spn
e) V/dc ( 3 screen on Specualtor series)

If you do have a horse that meets ALL these qualifications can you please post who it is BEFORE the race runs.

If you do NOT have a qualifier can you post that u worked the race YOUR way and that you don't have one that meets all the corrolaries. This is VERY important to know also ok?

ALL are encouraged to participate. The MORE the better. Looking for at least 6 replies. Hoping for 30 ;)

This track rarely scratches which is good.

Thanx in advance
Richie

Hi Richie,

I went ahead and worked the race using Val 3 since I will be away from my computer for most of tomorrow. The only horse that qualified top 3 on all the factors you indicated was # 9 Diamond Heirloom.

Have a good one buddy.

Thanx "Funk"!

REALLY appreciate the feedback. This IS gonna be going somewhere if my hunch is right bout a month down the road man. PLEASE if u can continue to contribute that would be fantastic ok? It is greatly NEEDED and appreciated. There is absolutely NO right or wrong here in THESE races.

Still NOBODY gets the favorite here. There also seems to be some commonality among the horses showing up. ok ok

cool handle too! "FUNK"

I have a single qualifier in the #10. The only other "close" qualifier is #4 who missed with a 4th on turn time. My top 5 BLBL is 10, 4, 5, 7, and 9. I would play the 10 and 4 in this race.

Rich,

Here's what I come up with on the sixth at MNR today.
Turn TIme 9
BL/BL 4
Primary LS 4
SPN 4
VDC 4

And my bet goes 4-9 Win/Win and maybe a place if I can get odds
Box Exacta 4-9
Trifecta 4-9-10 and 9-4-10

Small Bets Exacta and Trifecta.
Here's the BL Screen

Richiep 1st, turned out to be a very sunny day here in the burg. the track might be ok. but weather might turn.
i came up with
4
10
7
9
2
4-10 line score the same or tied. also i think the med% number is over 70%
on the 9. screen shots of bl/b and sum.
i used the 2nd and 3rd line for the 5 and sill was in the bottom 5. anyone notice that the 9 horse bled 2 races ago? will it run with L 2nd time out. an angle i watch is fillie horses runing 2nd time L

Hi Rverge

I used a trial version of Techsmiths
Snagit to make the screen shots

http://www.techsmith.com/

I saved the screen shots to a file Then I pasted them onto a word document

This is cool if you want to add text to your screen shots

I pasted all the shots together, Then made a new capture with
Snagit The cool thing is they have a option to capture whole web pages
So that is why It scrolls down to screens that you can't see

The Thumbnails was a option that I figured would look nicer
I liked the clean look and the fact that I could add many captures to each post with this option

Trouble is some members could not see the thumbnails
so I ditched that look

Thanks Bill

Hi Ritchie,

This race was hard to come up with a single pick.
I would have to go with a (7, 9) pick to win for this race.
These 2 come up for me in almost a virtual tie and could very well be the exacta.:D

Thanx Rverge and Parts!

Here is WHY I started these posts asking for advice from cappers HERE:

there are all kinds of sophisticated "intelligence" or "AI" programs on the market ok? Some claim these things have all these "artificial cappers" handicapping races and then they form kind of a consenses among themselves which results in a PROBABILITY being displayed for each horse.

OK I have seen some of these and in MY mind there is no ****ing way these "artificial cappers" can out do the folks here who are all using some sort of software ok? NO ****ing way man.

So I am trying to find tough races with full fields, no PRE RACE giant on paper and a group of corrolaries compiled by TWO seperate sharp cappers who gathered data INDEPENDENT of one another. Figuring if I can turn us loose here and give everyone the freedom to do their OWN thing we can possibly do something real real cool and potentially profitable down the road a bit.

The one thing I AM questioning is listing corrolaries as this might ultimately backfire and PREVENT users from doing their thing FULLY cause they are restricted by these "Factors". This might be self defeating and possibly we should just throw the race out there to EVERYONE regardless of software/corrolaries and see what input comes then. Just like "Partsnuts" input before. WHAT DO YOU THINK??

Hey I am human and screw up. I also have a very active imagination and I swear I know we can pound these "AI" things into submission with our own
"HUMAN INTELLIGENCE" and feedback from a very sharp group here.

THAT is why I started this ok?

I REALLY appreciate ALL the feedback especially from those who took the chance to make feedback here their FIRST post. I think this is all good folks!

let's see what shakes out a bit later!

I went to the (7,9) because they were the 2 only horses that fit in this 5.5 F
race. I don't normally go with 2 horses to win but this was one of those occasions where I couldn't split them.
The factors on my model brought these 2 horses to the top with a difference of .02 of a point differential.
My model also showed me that the overiding factor was "winners of this type race at 5.5F". Horses at 6.0F fell short.

Richie,

Thanks for posting the race. I would not have worked it if not for you. $20 beans was a nice payoff on Diamond Heirloom.

The 10 was 0 for 6 on the off going with 1 second not a good wager on that type of surface.
