hi there I just opened an account with you guys and after I log in then try and download the rdss program it says I am not authorized for that.Can you help me understand this.thx shane

need help, I deleted Aodds SuperGold98. Disk 3 hangs and I am prompted to load disk 4. How can I reinstall without deleting and reinstalling windows xp professional.
