FYI - update to above - I'm running Win 7 and still have the problem.

Do you mean - still having the problem AFTER APPLYING ANY PENDING WINDOWS UPDATES, per http://paceandcap.com/forums/showpos...4&postcount=15 ?

Yes, I've done all suggested above. Each step. I'm on auto-update for Windows but did a manual check through Control Panel and it told me that no updates were required.

Thanks Gil and clore!

One question more please - could you open your Internet Explorer browser (not any other browser, just Internet Explorer please), go to the Help/About menu item and tell me the Version of Internet Explorer running on your computers.

This info will help TrackMaster answer a question.

Thanks, standing by ...

Ted

Thanks Gil.

Could anyone else having this problem, who has updated their particular version of Windows with the latest updates for that version (no need to update from say Win 7 to Win 10 if you don't want to) - please check their version of Internet Explorer and report it here.

Please see the above post for how to find your Internet Explorer version (http://paceandcap.com/forums/showpos...4&postcount=24).

Ted - my IE (which I never use, I'm a Firefox person) says exactly the same as Hoof's does.

Thanks! Nobody uses IE - as a browser (I hope)! However, it is a core component of Windows and provides internet access services behind the scenes to various Windows components, and to RDSS.

I'll get back ASAP on a fix for this. Again, sorry everyone for the trouble. I am working with TrackMaster to fix it.

You know what they say:

"Internet Explorer: the best browser to use to download another browser."

Firefox didn't even have 3% of the browser market when I moved over from Netscape.
