The 6 in the first at AQU was scratched, I went with the 10.

The third race confounds me, but I may go with the 6 at a price.

The fifth is off the turf, and I'm not going to bother with what's left after the scratches.

The eighth is one where I ended up with two longshots, so I'll split the bet between the 7 and the 9.

EARLY post is harder to catch on the West coast as I just got back from taking the Mrs. to work!

but 1,2 in the third.....Must use the TWO as an exotic key at those odds...Allow the others to "ride his coat tails."

Tim Y 11-27-2008 01:15 PM

AQU 3rd

If the lines were from ANY other track than Philly, the 6 would be a player here: improving early but you cAnnot trust those lines LONG layoff as well and previous AQU line does not make that one a player

Key 2 with 1,4,6 and 5?

TRIFECTA! SUPER too methinks and those Pilly lines failed again

I ended up sitting it out. Looked hard at the 2, but could not take that price not being an exotics player. I'll probably wait it out for the seventh race, the 9 horse looks good to me.

Congrats on your score there.

Congrats on your score there.

The TWO was the LONE early on an early biased race track, hence the huge and logical favoritism

NOTHING close to it's e/l numbers

Tim Y 11-27-2008 02:43 PM

AQU 6th you would HAVE to key the 6 to a couple underneath. The only way to make some $$$$$$ here.

Should have said underneath and over...I wathced it as even that won't pay much

On Polylines the #8 sees these off, but this ain't Poly, and going by what i see on Dirt #8 is worth takiing on at the likely short odds

i'll do that with #1 Louie Es if price is ok

May I ask what appears to be an obvious question: The Pizz window technique is proven to find long prices. Why would it not be part of your selection process?

Bill V. 11-27-2008 03:51 PM

Exacta

Race 8

I came up with the 6 and 9
I used the 55% solution and added the ML and Betting fav
the exacta paid $37

I thanks for asking.
I really respect all the ways folks use to win at this.
I am only able to do races the way I was instructed
My mental ability and confidence does not allow me to get too
creative. I take what I see others doing and use it to help
my self
Once I blindly just put in the best Speed Rating of the last 3 races
and did alright, but never really advanced.
From reading and working races with others
I have learned to think Best of the last 3 comparable
The biggest improvement I have learned is
not every horse in the race is in it to win
I still am 100% Best of the last 3 Comparable
But as Doc said to me once, Which line is the YOUR best of the last 3?

Bill

shoeless 11-27-2008 04:30 PM

Bill,Like I have told you before I really respect how you just stick to one way of doing things and just keep on getting those winners.Jeff

Tim Y 11-27-2008 04:31 PM

Woodbine 6th 2,4 on top with 5 underneath

Charlie D 11-27-2008 04:34 PM

F6

bad bunch, coming off lay offs, but best of em as far as i can see are #2 and #4

#4 Debs Finest Red gets nod

Tim Y 11-27-2008 04:34 PM

Best of last three without form cycle analysis will get you into a bunch of OVER THE HILL horses

Bill V. 11-27-2008 04:52 PM

Fair Grounds

In the 7th race I will take the 6 and the 8
Both seem close enough to the front and both have plus moves
into the 3rd panel
I will inlude the counter energy # 9 in the exacta

Bill

Mars hoss, #3 The Shannon Shufel looks interesting on it last back in Apr, other than that it looks chalky

Charlie D 11-27-2008 05:04 PM

Don't like those last 3 of the #6 Bill, but has claims on further back

Bet #3

All the best

Bill V. 11-27-2008 05:18 PM
