My new wager format this 20 race cycle will be 50 place

50 Place on 2 and 5

I do hope I can post my races without screen shots for now as my connection is so slow that I may get shut out and that would be unfair to me.

Looks like this 20 Race cycle will be a bust , but I will try to make a decent showing, and maybe post a reason for each selection, time permitting. I am playing 4 tracks, AP/Sar/Woo/DelMar

50 place on 1/1a and 8 , I am trying to beat a m/l Fav , the 7 horse, as Doc say look for value, and these 2 horse's are the best value of top 3

I just now found out the slop has taken over Saratoga, no wonder I did so bad, oh well I will do something this time that I do every now and then and bet the firster's who remained in the 5 and 6, and at nice odds.

50 place on 7 and 8, these two have value and look the best here, but the 5 and 6 are both lower odds here, so another value play as well allowing the program to show me , not only 1 play but 2 value horses here, trust the program, works most of the time, hopefully here we will get 2 pay outs this time

3 seems to be the the horse we want to beat, but both the 2 and 7 can do it, the 2 recently wion a ST 150 and the 7 is pretty decent too, not mention the odds currently, well worth a place wager

With all respect and I hope you prove me wrong but
What the heck are you doing ?

A man with your ability and talent, do you really need to
"just see what happens" and play games ,
I am amazed and for some reason troubled when I see people invest there time
into playing games. You just took the time to post 10 races which got you nothing
What really troubles me is you are betting into a secondary pool and don't seem to have thought out the value of your bets , rather this
looks like the game of just post some selections and say "I had "that" one ( yes you "had" a good price but you gave it right back
By betting just to place 2 horses, Not only must you be correct more often but your price even on good odds horses can be devalued because of the odds on the horse that actually wins the race.

What the methodology encouraged is betting two horse to win
and having a back up bet on a win horse with good odds
That shows all the caracteristics of a winner but just happens to place

anyway maybe you will recover but than again, We already know your much better than this days showing

Let me say this was not the fun that I thought it would be, maybe if I do another as the rules state you can, it may be more relaxed and focused, and your main track does not turn to muck on you, and turf taken off, but still I did the best I could with the time allowed today.

In this case I must score you based on race 4
Because you posted this screen shot before the race
and the 3 and 7 are the top 2 on your readouts
I trust you 100% I wish stuff like this would not happen
When this type of miss match race # and selection #
and screen shots happens I must use the screen shot as the judgement
the race as a miss for improper posting
I will ask Ted to add this to the Offical Rules

We all like you and want the best for you. I know you have great ability
but you lack some confidence.
Ted and I can show you various 'What If" senerios with just a few clicks of the mouse on the spreadsheet. You readlly don't need to invest your time and effort

You did very well last month betting $25 w/p on two horses
We were able to show you 5 different options of how you would have scored
the same races with different betting stratagies. The best one was to bet $60/40
win on two horses. But nobody says you ave to do that Maybe just bet like you do normally and take the effort to
improve your skill and win money

This what I posted, pretty straight forward, but instead of a "No Play", you wish to give me a miss and now change the rules too, I ask why?

I took my afternoon to play this month, as I expressed wishing to sit out, as plenty is going on right now, but I am never one to just be happy when I am not, this does not make me happy, I adjusted and now wish to do 50 place and have had a few nice pay offs, 250, 200, 200, 197 and 177, all profitable as well as a few other minor hits, 120 115, 117.50, 115 and then 70.00, as well as 7 lossess, with 1 more race, oh I forgot 1 of those is now a loss.

Thank you Bill for your time, but I think a hiatus is in order.

Okay this desrve's a response too, as all the time both you and Ted have put into this is appreciated, really it is and I listen, and adapt as rules constantly change to make the contest better, but it is not an easy thing for me to change once I am set-up doing something, but now I tried 2 place bets, and it seems that this is not cool and or acceptable to Doc's way of doing things, and I am not saying it is not, as I trust you to know what you are saying, and think the help is awesome, but it is overwhelming me now and I must say thanks but , step back and re-group, there are plenty of new people doing very well as well as you, so all will be well.

Last Play for August, a dreadful month for me and I figure I can beat by GOD, on this play, if I bet both to win, but with both having pretty high morning line odds, they may both pay off on place bets and decent enough prices to make the wager a winning one. Yet , is that the wager to make here

Going against Game On Dude (GOD), it look like RDSS likes the following

#4 Where's Sterling m/l 20/1 as top BL/BL

# 2 Amani m/l 5/1 (this horse know how to win and has a race here already and taken to the course pretty well)

# 5 Dullahan, m/l 6/1 (a favorite of mine, and has been working lights out, but at CD, not here, so I think he must get a pass today)

#3 Richard's Kid m/l 3.5/1 ( with his last race to consider , he could win this, but something says not today , so let us bet with another)

#1 Rail Trip m/l 10/1 ( this one is 1st in the segement screen, but also was 1st in DCL/LPR/HID 3 things I look for in routes, and a price, yet it has never shown the speed necessary to win here, but has a win here this year, how bout 2)

50 to place on the 4 Where's Stering and 1 Rail Trip

Super Play , the above horse's under Game on Dude, 1st and 2nd
