Just so everyone knows, even though I am posting these images, my handicapping today was too rushed and I am nowhere near confident in what I have here. I am almost reluctant to show them.
But, be as it may..... r3 i am looking at the 2-5-7 with no clue about the 2 off 500 days and being the fastest in the race from the past. |
Tim, win some, lose some. But, some losses bite more than other. I feel for you. :)
|
Wow I placed the wrong bet..........

Way to not be paying attention.

Wow Jim
Do my eyes deceive me ? all lines last line or 2 back Good skill to you Bill Attachment 35391 |
At least you didn't say your wife/girlfriend was kissing you and got distracted !!! LOL
Or in my case it would be my wife wanting me to work on the HoneyDo list!!! |
Not to worry Jim Ive won my fair share of those kinds of decisions. Hey you be surprised how sometimes when you rush you have a big day because you have less time to out think yourself.
|
Hi Bill welcome aboard.

It is the way saw them Bill.
My first post tonight said I didn't have much time to handicap today's card and was very distracted so I don't have "high confidence" in my capping tonight. As an FYI, I use the Last Line Pace Line Selection Strategy to initially select lines and then adjust essentially picking lines manually based on the ideas from the manuals. I found it interesting on Friday that Ted says he uses Best Perceptor and then adjusts. |
hello Tim

I will pass 4. Still trying to finish up the Parx Card Even if i miss the day I still handicap all the races and update the database Bill |

I first started seeing Teds works way back in 2004 on VDC messenger. Then when Speculator came out Ted was using the Preceptor Ted has done his races very consistently since I have known him. I too use the last line but I don't use the auto selection option I did for a while but It made me lazy, and I accepted the last line incorrectly So much of my pace line selections revolves around the conditions of the race and form cycle analysis. I need to always remember Doc's words, "competition level" |

1,8 For me
|
Way back in 1983, conditions were somewhat different. While we read the conditions, not much emphasis was put on them because the thinking was "class is pace is class."
When I started again back in April, I found a lot has changed and I know I have a lot to learn especially in the area of conditions/class. I can see the benefits of using it and hope that you will continue to post and make videos about it. I watched your vid today about highweight. It raised many questions in my mind. I know that I need to go back to some of your postings to pick up missing knowledge. |
9,7 for me
