Are we charged for the day we down load or on the day we down load?

If you buy cards one at a time, you are charged once per day for a card, regardless of how many times you download it that day. If you download the same card on a subsequent day, you are charged again. In this case, just send an email to info@trackmaster.com, give your Account ID and the race card in question and ask for a refund for that subsequent billing. I've never known them not to give such a refund.

The reason I asked is because of the nice prize you gave me of the 2 months comp of the bundle. (Thank you very much for that.) I downloaded races for Jan 1 the night before and they are saying since I downloaded on 12/31 it will be charged for Dec.

I wrote to TrackMaster about those few Dec 31 cards, and I think we got it squared away. You shouldn't have to pay for stuff you didn't expect because you won a prize!
