Pace and Cap - Sartin Methodology & The Match Up - spec error message-help needed

i need your help and i hope that the fix is an easy one since i know you have
your own focus and spec really isn't one of them...

as you know i am still using spec 160...

while opening a card and going from screen 2 to then screen 3... got an error
message

DBFNTX/1012 corruption detected

i tried again... same same

i rebooted puter... tried a dif card.... same same....
