Results- RX Tab
 

Hey guys, so I have the bundle, and tried to update yesterdays results when I got home today, and none of the results show up in the rx tab, well, for the entire week- my first week with the program.

I see screen shots of people seeing results there, is there a trick to this? I did check charts and active cards and downloaded them, and converted them..

Summary:

1. Results Charts from the RDSS Bundle data plan do not (yet) import into the RDSS database (though you do get Charts for all of a horse's PAST performances).

2. Recent TwinSpires access problems have disabled bulk fetching of Mutuel prices and quick results on several screens, though they are still available via each race's Entries screen.

I am sorry if you were possibly misled into thinking that the Bundle Data plan would provide Results to current races (though I sure understand why you would think that!)

Thank you for the reply, that makes sense. I did think that the Bundle Data would subsequently result in the Results being posted in the area I marked after downloading charts.

The bug you mentioned make sense though and I was able to populate it from the entries screen without issue.
