I purchased a copy of “Crushing the Cup” and they said if I want to get early (Jim Mazur said this at progressive handicapping) to Canada, then he would ship it Monday. So if something was shipped Monday, and is coming to Canada, would I suspect it this week? That’s what I hoping because that is what I am using for my bc picks this year as a guideline. Thanks to anyone who answers.
