3.5 discs
I came across these among them a copy of A Odds Gold Plus that The Hat was kind enough to give me.I wanted to know if there was any way to copy them onto my computer I have Windows 7.

Do you have any machine with a floppy disc drive Shoeless? If you do you might be able to. Here's a link. https://www.howtogeek.com/669331/how...ern-pc-or-mac/

If you can find a 3.5 drive, then you can copy to a cd then put on your Win7 Hard drive. You might also need Dosbox.

Thanks Barb and Lefty for the replies, my computer does not have
anything to insert them. |
Morning shoeless. I found this article that may be able to help you

Good stuff, Barb. Thanks.
Over a yr ago I bght a 3.5 external drive but it didn't work for me. So be cautious there. |
Jeff, my 3.5" external diskette drive still works; just tested it on my old Aodds (original, 1994). That one has copy protection on it so maybe your Aodds Gold Plus does too.
Anyway, send it to me by post and I'll copy it to a ZIP file for you. With DosBox and the Everlock copy protection hack, you might get it running on your Win 7 (or maybe Win 7 doesn't need Dosbox, can't remember). Use the mailing address on the RDSS Subscription page: http://www.rdss2.com/subscription :) Ted |
Thanks Ted
