R4 - R10 cancelled, management decision?

In R3, the early leader, #7, lost the jockey at the top of the stretch and then went down. I don't know if that was related to the cancellation of the remainder of the card.

There might be an issue with the lighting at DED. That could take a long time to resolve. They may have day racing for a while.

Jocks refused to ride . They are not happy with the new LED lighting system.
