yesterday I by mistake clicked on registration and automatically I was switched from "evaluation" with expire date of 8/22/15 to "active" expire date 9/2/15.
that is ok since I was going to keep RDSS2 after the 8/22/15 anyway. but my question is that my credit card shows payments to Track Master but nothing else has shown up, so when do you charge for the use of your program, once a month/once a year?

Hi dandy,your RDSS installation gives you 30 days use without me setting up your account for a particular evaluation Expiry Date, which I will get around to shortly (half of the folks trying the evaluation never continue on, and some don't even bother to say a word! So I sometimes take my time setting up the formal evaluation Expiry Date ...).

But - if you simply reinstall or install on another computer - well then, you get another 30 days! Not to worry ;) I eventually figure out when the original 30 days is. For you, it's August 31 (August 22 rounded up to the nearest half month). You should see that date sometime tomorrow - it's on my To Do list :)

Regarding RDSS Subscription billing - YOU make the payment (via PayPal, when I send you a note, OR whenever you feel like it. Or use the Subscription button on the RDSS Desktop). I never automatically take a payment.
