3 year best times

In an old FU Doc talked about how to make your own 3yr best times. Now I can't find it. Offhand, anybody know what issue that was?

Here's the latest I could find on DRF, published 2016, so based on 2013 - 2015.

Thanks, Ted

Chuck, for the 6.5 down the hill at Santa Anita I use the track record
which was set by Eddies First with a 110.3

For Gulfstream's 7.5 Turf sprint I use 126.3

Good skill
Bill

I’ll admit that it’s a cheap plug, but consider the annual Horsestreet Pars as a viable substitute for a 3-year best time.
