Can' access RDSS2 Tracks
 

I get an error when I try to access trks today. I had to go back to manual entry on an old Sartin prgm
i'd submit a screen shot but don't know how to do it on this forum. I am connected to internet when this happens.I rebooted computer twice but didn't help.

Lefty, can you describe the error more? What Track(s), what Dates?

For example, with a track or tracks selected in the Data Centre All Tracks list, and a Date time frame selected (e.g. Today), when you click on Display Available Cards, what happens? What messages do you get?

Ted, when I open the prgm I get he error right away. It's error code -4

In lieu of sending a screenshot, could you please tell me more (than error 4). The error message comes with more description than that.

Some change has occurred between now and the last time RDSS worked for you. More info will help me help you.

Ted, It says cannot access the file with list of tracks. (tracklist.dat) error -4
Then it says to reboot.

I think this is your error message - right? If so, it says to reinstall, not reboot.

Somehow, your master list of tracks has gone missing :confused: No worries - like the message says ... please just reinstall RDSS and that will reinstate the missing file.

Another problem. I dl'd GPW today but I don't have A BLBL or RX designations. I have velocity, TPR, Primary, but no BLBL or RX.
