Why no line selection box for a paceline?
I cant do a screen shot so i'll try to explain Today 9/7 at Arlington Race 6 #5 Contraction. The last race was an 8F Turf race that it ran 2nd in so it should be my pace line but there is no box to be able to put a check mark there and there is no info in the POH, POR or the Percept total.

Without seeing this I believe that race must not have any internal times therefore it can't be rated or have a Preceptor rating etc. Just go to the next best Preceptor at a similar dis. & surface. In other words don't count that line as one of your 3 lines at a similar distance and surface.

AP race
Line 1 has no internal fractions.
Line 2 does and is the best Perceptor. As per Mitchs directions this would be the line I would use. Rmath |

I moved these posts from the Bugs List because it's not a bug. Mitch and Rmath replied before I could - thanks guys :)
Indeed, no internal fractions to make the calculations. Eyeballing the 2nd line final time (1:39.2) and TrackMaster Speed Rating (82) compared to those of the last race, line 2 was clearly better and also a good performance. What I do if I fear I am missing out on a good performance by a horse missing internal fractions for a line, is check those final times and TrackMaster SR and also the Trackaster Race Class (RC) for the line. If it was a good finish and seemed competitive, I'll take another previous line no matter how far back to use in the Analysis set. I also sometimes check the Result Chart for the past race to see if it looks like a good run (see Chart below). No explanation though for the absence of internal race timing ... Btas, you can learn how to post screen shots by using the Google Site Search tool for P&C (left-most link on the site menu-bar) and enter a search link 'how to post screenshots'.
You'll find an older tutorial using Snagit screen capture tool, but you can also use Windows built-in SnippingTool or many other screen capture tools to create small images which then you can attach to your messages, per the tutorial. (Hint: after you have a screenshot - maximum 1000 pixels wide, please - in the message editor, click the 'paper clip' icon to get the Attachments Dialog, then follow instructions).
