Unless the legislators funded the Texas Racing Commission late last nite, there will be no racing or simulcast in Texas today. All over historical racing and the TRC possibly over stepping their authority by approving it.

What a mess! It's illegal to bet online and if I do I lose my license if caught.

Think I'll move out of state.

According to the Paulick Report this morning no agreement was reached.

i''m with you budman, but which state is best for horse racing. i have gone to sam houston race track since it opened and now i am scratching my head on where to go. i also just last week paid my first yearly fee to RDDS2 and now i can't utilize it for sport or profit.

it's back on for 90 days!

Letter/Email went out Friday from TRC urging all Texas Horse Racing Fans to contact their Representatives, Names and Phone numbers were listed.
