Jon, please read this FAQ: http://paceandcap.com/forums/showpos...7&postcount=17

If your TrackMaster account is in good standing,
if your TrackMaster UID and PWD specified to RDSS is correct

and you still got that message, UNCHECK the Don't Duplicate box in the Data Centre and re-download, re-convert.
