Craziest day I've ever seen today @ Parx
 

I don't know what the Stewards at Parx were smoking or if the NYE celebrations were still going on today. From a ton of scratches only posted 40 minutes before Race 1 and then having some changed to "will run" later on, Jockey changes and Vet scartches as well ?? JUST NUTS
