FGX 02-24-07 Race 3 Using HTR2 (Charts and Observations) All Opinions Welcomed

Race -2 seems to favor an early type horse in a slow paced race.
The (2) Power Band who returns to the races in just 8 days would my choice here.
The HTR2 Chart for this race is posted below.

Only 2 horses have run to Par. Power Band and Elegant Legacy.
Both are Fresh, but Power Band has the best form.
