Talking to Jeff - (shoeless) This weekend I reminded myself of a very special string of good fortune I ran into . I just posted in the members area My all time favorite Sartin manual The Psychology of Winning I love this manual In it Doc asks the reader to do 2 things
First bet a 20 race cycle WIN ONLY and only bet $2.00 per horse !!!! no other bets at all JUST BET YOUR Top 2 selections
win only - He says you can do 1 horse but It seems to me he wanted the readers to use 2

The second part of the test is that you write down you feelings
after each race / good or bad, But you must write you true feeling as soon as the race is over

I did this test many times and each time I find that this helps me unfunkify my head

It really is a good tool

The second part of the story is after working this test I took my profiits
which was $32.00
Hey betting $4.00 per race and always betting the top 2 Your going to be betting a few short odds
horses !

any way I took that $32 and made a plan that each time I hit an amount I would up my bet I would look at the top 3 or 4 BLBL now
Anyway i got on a nice roll and turned that $32 voucher into over $900.00
just betting win only

I decided to do the test again
