Hello Joe

I really liked the 9 who was your top pick in race 6
That was a strange race I was just telling dad
What were the conditions
Restricted for non ability to run longer than 5.5 furlongs ??

Anyway the 9 placed
The entry 1 ran first and third
I had a W/P on the 9 as nothing else seemed like much

Thanks
Looking forward to the rest of the card

Yesterday was some weird racing.... The Track had been favoring Pressers and horses off the pace - with evening t-storms we had last week.

This race
1 - Valid Pass should have been on the lead, but came off the pace..

I had very rough day, but collected $230 on $1 Tri box [1 2 5 9] here, I put in because I like the way 1A looked the paddock. I could believe how poorly 2B ran here. I hit three small paying Exacta's in 3th, 5th, 8th, couple win bets
3rd & 8th.

I think the track ran closer to normal yesterday, but I think non-speed friendly nature of the track Thursday & Friday nights effected the way the jocks and trainer ran some of their horses.

The track ran fast.. I think John Lies [track announer] said " Monterey Jazz's win in Texas Miles was the 3rd fastest running of the race" and Flores basically hand rode him down stretch.
