I'm alive at Philly in the double with the
5 9 and 7

The 5 is a binder improver

note I did the race without knowing /thinking the track was muddy

Thank You ..
I took the double money and the win bet on the 7
and put it in my pocket.. I had a good profit weekend

I spent the afternoon resting
soaked a sore foot and studied the psychology of winning manual

I focused on this as I just let the events of the last few days settle in
