Bill,Thanks for help getting me back on the right track when you sent me The Psychology of Winning Manual,it also got me to start to reread the follow ups once again. Also thanks for listening to my numerous problems that I have been having and not turning your back on me.In my book that's the meaning of a true friend.Jeff

Bill,I have been noticing that you have not been posting much lately,I guess some of it has to do with you busting your butt all day to make ends meat.I have been on the road trying to do the same thing for the last 32 years and it starts to take it's toll on your body.
I hope though you will find time to start once again because not doing so is not helping us.You really do a great job of explaining things and make it easy for knuckeheads like me to understand.Jeff

Thank you Hey Jeff I'm sorry I could not help you
and do the race from Hoosier I'm real happy you hit it
I hit a real nice winner last night at Mountaineer
race 6 I saw as I was entering my lines
quite a few Early need the lead types
I saw the 4 horse look at the position and the move it made in the line I used
the next thing is look at line 2 , see the move in the second fraction
This is what Doc told me to look for
The last race the horse did nothing so we get a 20/1 ml
I bet the 4 wps and exact boxed it with the 2 and 6
The exacta came in for $82.00 and the horse paid like $12,00 to
place and $6 to show

Thanks Jeff
I'm looking forward to a beautiful day
at Philly

Bill,Thanks for showing the screen shots of that now I see what you mean.Nice hit as well you can really pick up some good money betting place and show especially if you think the favorite will run out of the money.

Actually you should start a thread called back to basics where you could do a race a week and show us Doc's way of using a computer program.Even with using RDSS you can still relate to the other programs.Lately there has been so much posted about the match up which for me seems like a good tool but not a stand alone way of doing things that using these programs has gotten lost in the shuffle.Anyway it's just a thought but Im sure others would appreciate it as well.Jeff

Hi Jeff

I doubt anybody wants to see how the best speed rating at a
comperable distance and class level in the last 3-4 races will get you
enough winners to either make a living or augment there living.
It just does not translate into anything more than this. The pacelines you feel are most representative of what is the horses ability in todays match up
are then entered into what ever program you feel most at ease with
These lines you enter are the reason you will win or lose the race
That is the Sartin Methodology
I will forever listen to the doctor and snap my rubberband
and just follow the guidelines set to me

Here is the chart the favorite # 2 sure did run out of the money

Bill,DEAD WRONG.The way the economy is now there are plenty of people who would rather grind out a profit then just chasing the big score. It's not just about picking pacelines it is being able to interperate the readouts.Out of anybody on this board you are the most consistant and stick to what you know best.I wish some of that would rub off on me.Jeff
