HEAD problem as the e/l triumphs yet again: all three parts of the tri within the TOP four e/l's

the improving :6:up close with the improving :9: and :10: chasing late at Philly in the 2nd and :3: way way back trying to move

could even be a Damon Runyon (even true speeds the decelerations take it) but then I have not seen it at Philadelphia
