Ted You are the best

Been an RDSS member for about 2 months and I have been having very good success with the program; I just want to say that I look at what some veteran users point out and you guys have been wonderful in explaining various ways to use the program- a big thanks to all- I been betting for over 45 years and find this to be this best program I use,and trust me- I have spent a plenty of $ on other programs; I'm not trying to belittle anybody else's program or customer service but TED Craven you are the absolute best(numero uno) in customer service. You have responded to my e-mails in a timely and professional manner( I was able to fix the problem I was having before ) MUCH THANKS TO ALL_BUT A SPECIAL THANKS TO TED; MARTY
