Question about forum acccess

Bill or Ted:

I was reading this thread and wanted to follow this link in that thread but I'm getting the message:

Segwin, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
  1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Thanks in advance for the help.

PS: Also happening on this link from Ted: Dorian,

See the Release Notes to the Current Version: www.rdss2.com/r2b2.5

Terry,

The 1st link you mention is to a post in the (private) NewPace Forum. You have to be a licensed user of NewPace (licensed by Dave Schwartz) to access that Forum. There is not really much posted in that forum that needs to be private, and if you use NewPace (aside from discussion of the actual implementation of the NP formulas) there is lots of discussion about actually using it in your handicapping, in other Forums. Get it if you feel like exploring some interesting ideas, though RDSS is missing NOTHING important for those who don't care about this module.

I have re-posted the NewPace Forum post which was inaccessible to you, in the next post below. A post by rmath about his CSR/VDC research as of this past last summer. As you can see, it's actually not even about NewPace ...

The 2nd link you mention is to the Release Notes for the previous version of RDSS2 (V2.5-11). It was originally posted in the Beta2.5 testing Forum, which I decommissioned and moved all the pertinent posts to other public locations. The contents of that 2nd link are now found here, in the RDSS2 Version Release Notes (Documentation) page: http://paceandcap.com/forums/showpos...77&postcount=3
